I practiced Japanese Dance in Japan, where I spent 12 years of my live. 

I sometimes experienced those moments where my feet in cotton socks grew one with the soft wooden floor whilst sliding weightlessly over it. All my cells seemed to be present, alive at the very same moment. 

I wanted to know more about movement, about the connections of all the parts a human being’s made of.

From all the different ways I could have done this, I chose the one that convinced me most totally.

I learned the Feldenkrais Method for my own sake.

But I feel so much better, lighter, softer, freer, so more myself now that it made me feel like giving that chance to others too.

That’s how I started teaching the Feldenkrais Method some five years ago, in Japan where I lived until recently.

I love teaching this Method and people like learning it with me, it seems.

It would be very nice to meet you! To move, to learn, to sense, feel, think and exchange with you.

I will also replace Anne in her practice in Beringen, Schaffhausen during the whole month of June 2013 and again during June 2014
